Location: Hope & Healing Community Outreach Center/ Summit Shelters
Position: PT Step III Assistant Case Manager/Family Advocate
Education Requirements: Degree in social work, education or related field preferred.
Job Description: Responsible for successful transition of clients from the shelters and the community to Step III, and successful client participation & completion of Step III. Provide services to all clients in accordance with the mission and goals of the agency.
