GENERATIONS OF HOPE: OUR 35th ANNIVERSARY!

To celebrate this landmark year, we have established this exciting opportunity. Approaching friends and leaders in our communities, we are setting out to raise $100,000.00 to help advance domestic violence services for the next 35 years. It is our hope that you help us reach our goal by joining one of the anniversary groups described below. Your contributions will directly impact victims of domestic violence in our community.

BWS 35th Anniversary Society

We would like 350 members of our community to commit a pledge of $350.

For $6.73 per week, you can help us sustain 3 emergency shelters for families who seek a violence-free life. As a member of this society you will receive a quarterly newsletter, an invitation to be our honored guest at a dessert reception hosted by our Board of Directors and a small token of our appreciation.

BWS 35th Anniversary Alliance

We would like 35 companies and organizations to pledge $350.

For this commitment, a special plaque will be provided and your business/ organization's name will be listed in our newsletter, on our website and in our annual report. As a member of this alliance, you will also receive a quarterly newsletter and an invitation to be our honored guest at a dessert reception hosted by our Board of Directors.

BWS 35th Anniversary Club

We are seeking 35 children and teenagers to individually pledge $35.

Not only do we want to encourage philanthropy in young people, we want to encourage parents to talk with their kids about the needs in our community and how they can make a difference. For this commitment, kids will receive a sticker of membership and a day pass to the Akron Zoo!

YOUR SUPPORT WILL HAVE DIRECT IMPACT ON VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE.
